Request account deletion
Email support@aivion.com.tr from your account email with the subject “IamOkey Account Deletion Request”. We may verify ownership before processing.
What happens to data?
A request covers profile information, caregiver connections, and check-in records associated with the account, subject to confirmed technical and legal retention exceptions. The production process and retention periods must be verified before publication.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account may not cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in the relevant store settings.
