IamOkey provides daily check-ins, caregiver connections, schedules, and notifications. The service operator is Porya Rastkarrezaei. Contact: support@aivion.com.tr.
2. Information we may collect
- Account details such as name, email address, user identifiers, and authentication data.
- Caregiver and care-recipient connections and invitations.
- Check-in statuses, dates, times, schedules, and activity history.
- Notification tokens, device details, and diagnostics used for reliability.
- Information included in support requests.
3. Uses of information
To operate accounts, deliver authorized check-in updates, send notifications, provide support, protect users, and improve service reliability.
4. Sharing and access
Check-in information may be available to authorized connected caregivers. Hosting, authentication, and messaging providers may process data on our behalf. Verify whether any other sharing occurs before publishing.
5. Providers and international processing
The app may use Google Firebase for authentication or infrastructure and Apple or Google push notification services. Data may be processed outside your country. Confirm the actual providers and safeguards before launch.
6. Retention and deletion
Data may be retained to provide the service and meet applicable legal duties. Specific retention periods and exceptions must be confirmed before publication. See Account Deletion.
7. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your information. You can also manage notification permissions on your device.
9. Children
Independent use by children is not intended without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Applicable age requirements must be confirmed.

We may update this policy and provide notice where required.
