By using IamOkey you agree to these Terms, subject to applicable law. The operator is Porya Rastkarrezaei.
2. The service
IamOkey provides tools for voluntary daily check-ins, caregiver connections, scheduling, history, and notifications. Features may evolve.
3. Not an emergency service
IamOkey is not a medical device, emergency response provider, or guaranteed monitoring system. Notifications can be delayed, unavailable, or missed. Do not rely on it for urgent safety or medical decisions. Contact local emergency services during emergencies.
4. Accounts and permissions
Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Only connect with caregivers or care recipients with appropriate authorization.
5. Responsible use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate others, access accounts without authorization, harass users, or interfere with its operation.
6. Availability
Service availability depends on devices, internet connectivity, notification systems, and third-party providers and is not guaranteed.
7. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans, if offered, display current pricing, billing periods, renewal, and cancellation terms in the relevant store before purchase. Manage subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play as applicable. Specific plan terms must be confirmed prior to publishing.
8. Liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination and deletion
You can stop use or request account deletion. Accounts may be restricted for safety, misuse, or legal obligations. See Account Deletion.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms and provide legally required notices.
